Refund Policy

At Ink With Integrity LLC, DBA The Back Office Architect, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our notary services.

General Refund Policy

Once a notary service is completed, all fees are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of notarial acts, which are considered completed at the time of the signing and cannot be undone.

If a notarization needs to be corrected due to the fault of the notary, an appointment to correct the notarization can be made at no charge.

If a notarization needs to be corrected to the fault of the client, an appointment to correct the notarization can be made, but may incur another charge.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 2 days notice of their scheduled appointment time. The new date should be within 3 days of the originally scheduled appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may require our services.

B. Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 25% of the appointment cost. The amount of this fee will depend on the nature of the appointment and the resources allocated.

C. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee of up to . This fee will be assessed to cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

D. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule without any penalty.

Refund Policy: Refunds for prepaid services will be issued in accordance with the below terms and conditions

Refund Eligibility - A refund will be issued only in the following circumstances:
1. The notary arrives late by more than 20 minutes without prior notice and the appointment cannot proceed as scheduled.
2. The notary is unable to perform the notarization due to an error on our end (e.g., notary fails to bring the required notary stamp/seal).
3. The service was mistakenly charged twice due to a processing error.
4. A refund will not be issued if the notary is unable to complete the notarization due to missing documents, improper identification, or the signer’s unwillingness to proceed.
Disputed Charges - If you believe that you were incorrectly charged or the service was not provided as agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed appointment. All disputes will be reviewed on a case-by case basis.

Refund Processing Time - If a refund is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
Exceptions - No refunds will be issued for travel or mobile notary fees once the notary has arrived at the specified location. No refunds will be provided for digital products, templates, or contracts purchased through our website.
