My team will tally the costs for your appointment request based on the specific details you provide in your intake form. We'll then present you with a quote and link to schedule. For reference, below is a list of base costs for common service requests.
General Notarization
$10 per notarial act
Travel Fees
$0.67 cent per mile roundtrip
(i.e. an appointment that is 5 miles away from my base will be charged a total travel fee of $6.70 for the 10 mile roundtrip.)
*Apostille Facilitation
$200+
This is the base cost covering courier and administrative fees for the authentication of a single document. There may be additional fees related to additional documents to be authenticated, shipping, certified translation, notarization, and expedited service if applicable.
*Estate Planning Packages
$50+
Cost for estate planning packages start at $50 per appointment which covers the "In-Home" or "In-Facility" Concierge fees. This will be in addition to the cost of each notarization, witness procurement and printing fees if necessary.
*Real Estate Transactions/Loan Signings
$175+
Costs start at $175 and may increase based on distance traveled, printing requirements, scanning requirements, etc...
Printing Fees
$1 per page
This is maxed at $10 for documents up to 50 pages. Past 50 pages, there is a charge of $5 for each additional 50 pages.
Witness Procurement
$35 per witness
If your notarization requires the use of witnesses, we are able to procure witnesses with valid unexpired ID for your appointment.
Expedited Service

Expedited service costs vary based on how quickly the service is needed, state fees associated with expedited services, additional courier or shipping fees if overnight or next day services are required, etc... Clients are made aware of all expedited costs when presented a quote for their requested service (mostly needed for Apostilles).
*Package pricing and defined-scope contracts are available for businesses requiring a greater volume of work or looking for more formal partnerships.
